At the same time, these distinctive features of the Internet that enable individuals to disseminate information in "real time" and to mobilize people has also created fear amongst Governments and the powerful. This has led to increased restrictions on the Internet through the use of increasingly sophisticated technologies to block content, monitor and identify activists and critics, criminalization of legitimate expression, and adoption of restrictive legislation to justify such measures.

in the end it seems that gods
told Allda Ben Marius de Bruycker (SD_ECBS CEO)
to create MISNIC

somewhere in 1983
and to create the E.C.B.S. 1983-1985 (under this name!!!)
even though -

and the SUPPORTERS DESK (1983)
we have today
and there was some more time needed
like 25 years
until all fits together.

MISNIC was the website of the
Massachussetts Institute of technology , Mr. de Bruycker bought in 2009 back and embedded it into the SD_ECBS-NETWORK for EARTHOPTIMIZATION.

In the end and it was clear that the SUPPORTERS-DESK
was logical given the order to support the good in the world
and the EARTH COLONIES BROADCASTING SERVICE has to give information
to the people about the Gods, thier moving (Ufos), thier abilities, messages and thier history.
