"During the past two years a previous Monte Carlo model was reimplemented onto the IBM-PC platform. This model was designed in a modular framework, separating the emissions, transport and kinetics calculations. The transport module employs a Monte Carlo technique for the simulation of atmospheric boundary layer physics. Kinetic processes are simulated using first order rate equations where the kinetic rate coefficients vary in space and time. The rate coefficients are determined via a tuning process comparing simulated and actual measurements. This paper presents the methodology used to implement the transport and kinetics processes; the architecture of the model addressing data flow and software implementation; and various applications including an initial tuning process for estimation of rate coefficients for the transformation and removal of SO2 and SO4 over the western U.S. during 1992."

"The source receptor relationship is the impact of specific sources and/or source types upon a receptor concentration. This is accomplished by determining the role of meteorology and physical/chemical effects linking source emission to receptor concentrations. The understanding of the source-receptor relationship has become a central issue in air quality management. Only when the identification of relevant sources and their impact upon the receptor are known can a rational control policy be developed that will minimize costs of implementation and attain desired results."

Monte Carlo Approach

"The Monte Carlo approach to aerosol simulation differs from the more traditional Eulerian approach. The Eulerian approach is a numerical simulation of pollutants using the conservation equations to *model transport, transformation, and removal processes*. It is deterministic in that given a set of initial conditions, the model can estimate future concentrations fields. Alternatively, the Monte Carlo approach subjects **individual quanta or "particles" to simulated physical and chemical processes** as defined by a modeled environment. This approach is frequently referred to as a **direct simulation**, rather than indirect through the use of pertinent equations."

"The Monte Carlo simulation of atmospheric pollutants has two key characteristics. First, each [emitted quanta contains a fixed quantity of mass] for various pollutants based on the source's emission rate. The [quanta is then subjected to transport, transformation, and removal]. Mass conservation is maintained at the quanta level by accounting for the mass that has been chemically transformed, and physically removed by dry and wet deposition as the quanta travels through three dimensional space. However, in the limit of infinite particles, the solutions to the conservation equations of motion and mass can be obtained, thereby providing an Eulerian viewpoint. Let me interpretate their bullshit here:

Monte Carlo approach subjects **individual quanta or "particles" to simulated physical and chemical processes. Trajectories of individual particles are followed. Emitted quanta contains a fixed quantity of mass. Quanta is then subjected to transport, transformation, and removal. Pathway of the quanta arises from the integration of the equation of motion, integration can be accomplished independently from the nature of the sources (planes), and physical/chemical processes affecting the pollutant ("integrated motion" could be calculated electromagnetic advection and/or windspeed). Role of diffusion is simulated by releasing multiple pollutant quanta representing an airmass, dispersion of the airmass is then represented by the spread of the quanta driven by transition probabilities based on horizontal and vertical mixing dispersions simulations over the mesoscale.

Transport

"The simulation of transport of pollutants is accomplished by transforming three dimensional wind fields from the **Eulerian to Lagrangian view point. This is a conversion processes whereby, wind vectors representing the mean atmospheric flow on a fixed grid are used to advect the particle in space**."

Wind vector is the arrow used for describing wind direction in certain weather maps. So in this case, a play on words, wind vector is the symbol only used for showing the direction of the artificial mean flow being induced. Hence the use of the word, 'representing'. I think 'fixed grid' speak volumes for itself in two ways, the grid in the atmosphere, and the grid on their 'model's' screen using forms of MoM to advect the particle in space.

Uniform Emission Simulation

"The Eulerian to Lagrangian transformer can also be run in a mode where [sources are uniformly placed over a geographic domain]. Such a run is known as a uniform emission simulation. The resulting database can be accessed to animate and simulate atmospheric flow of potentially polluted airmasses over regional scales. The database can also provide a wealth of meteorological information characterizing the atmospheric transport, such as, spatial and temporal variations in atmospheric diffusion, residence times, wind directions, etc."

This equals to why we see them in the same atmospheric regions over and over. Part of the 'Fixed grid'. Think of the world being gridded out for aerosol injections.

Simulation of Concentration Fields

"The Monte Carlo model can be run to solve the source receptor relationship for receptor concentrations over regional scales. This is accomplished by using the kinetic processor of the model coupled with an emission and Lagrangian transport database and a proper set of rate coefficients. The ideal transport databases to be used for concentration simulations are from uniform emission simulations. These transport databases contains all potential sources in a given region, so the transport data is not tied to any emission scenario."

Meteorological Data

"The primary meteorological data set used to drive the Monte Carlo model were derived from the National Meteorological Center's Nested Grid Model (NGM) and obtained from NOAA. The meteorological data are in two hour increments, and the spatial domain covered is a 33 by 28 polar stereographic grid over North America. The data have a grid size of 182.9 km at 60 degrees latitudes and approximately 160 km at 35 degrees latitudes. This database contains meteorological variables for the surface and upper air heights."

I will post this picture and another with this thread, they stole the NOAAs nested grid and reapplied it to know where to strategically spray aerosols, as it has also obviously expanded since 1992 to the rest of the planet.

Abstract

"This review attempts to summarize the physical models and advanced methods used in computational studies of gas–liquid two-phase jet flows encountered in atomization and spray processes. In traditional computational fluid dynamics (CFD) based on Reynolds-averaged Navier–Stokes (RANS) approach, physical modelling of atomization and sprays is an essential part of the two-phase flow computation. In more advanced CFD such as direct numerical simulation (DNS) and large-eddy simulation (LES), physical modelling of atomization and sprays is still inevitable. For multiphase flows, there is no model-free DNS since the interactions between different phases need to be modelled. DNS of multiphase flows based on the one-fluid formalism coupled with interface tracking algorithms seems to be a promising way forward, due to the advantageous lower costs compared with a multi-fluid approach. In LES of gas–liquid two-phase jet flows, subgrid-scale (SGS) models for complex multiphase flows are very immature. There is a lack of well-established SGS models to account for the interactions between the different phases. In this paper, physical modelling of atomization and sprays in the context of CFD is reviewed with modelling assumptions and limitations discussed. In addition, numerical methods used in advanced CFD of atomization and sprays are discussed, including high-order numerical schemes. Other relevant issues of modelling and simulation of atomization and sprays such as nozzle internal flow, dense spray, and multiscale modelling are also briefly reviewed."

CTM has lead me to these two DC-8 NASA aircraft that took part in an operation in Asia, back in 2002'. Aerosol precursors/tracers, not 'chemtrails'.

Published June 1st, 2010. More older research behind modern chemtrailing, to which this research experiment then purposefully depleted ozone. The ER-2 aircraft is a converted U-2 spyplane.
