Mit Urteil vom 12. Mai 1998 - 312 O 85/98 - "Haftung für Links" entschied das Landgericht Hamburg, dass man durch Anbringung eines Links die Inhalte der gelinkten Seite ggf. mit zu verantworten hat. If governments constructed something they cannot have hands on, in first place, they should not have!!!... Because that is not correct, its going far behind possibilities and human resources to fix it!... We all know that natural changes come about on the environment, nothing is permanent, and everything is constantly in change... Governments should not "construct" what they cannot control in case of natural disasters!... That is putting humanity into jeopardy!...
Why don't they bring out the new hidden technologies?... Because of greed!... Money flow... Power over the most!... So now what!?!?!?... They are killing oceans life in large quantities and polluting oceans waters, degrading land quality, polluting the air, degrading human/animal/plant life quality... there will be no medications nor hospitals to fix living humans disorders, they will simply suffer and have horrible dead's!... No one to appoint responsible for, or to take responsibilities... because it's so wide spread...
